Big Fish of the Day

Well, as our group settles in, learns how to work the WoodChopper, and the guides get to work (this is the first peacock bass trip for most of this group) teaching the best techniques, they have just finished their first day of fishing. Big Fish of the Day went to Matthew Bell for his 16 pound beauty. the group landed a total of 175 peacocks with 1-11lb., 1-12lb., 1-13lb., 14lb., and 1-16lb. Not bad for the first day.
